REFUND POLICY

AS WE PROVIDE SERVICES, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS. IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS WITHIN THE FIRST 72 HOURS OF SERVICE WE WILL DO A TOUCH UP FREE OF CHARGE.

CANCELLATION POLICY

DOLLHOUSE LASH AND BROW REQUIRES A 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR ANY CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS. ALL APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME. ANY LATE CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A 50% SERVICE CHARGE AND ANY NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL RESULT IN THE FULL CHARGE OF THE SERVICE.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

 DOLLHOUSE LASH AND BROW REQUIRES A 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR ANY RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. ANY SAME DAY RESCHEDULES ARE SUBJECT TO A $20 RESCHEDULING FEE. RESCHEDULING POLICY IS IN EFFECT UP UNTIL AN HOUR BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, WITHIN THE HOUR IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A CANCELLED APPOINTMENT AND THEREFORE BE SUBJECT TO THE 50% SERVICE FEE.
